Gravtar Creation Problem
-
I created a new Gravatar user and password, clicked the button to move to the next screen, and was met with this:
“Hooray! Your site will be ready shortly.”
This screen has not changed for four days:
I was also not sent the verification email to the email mailbox I used to create the account.
Every time I go to Gravatar now and try to create a new Gravatar, I am taken to the same screen:
I have cleaned my cache, used a different browser, and used a VPN. I get the same screen every time.
Your assistance is required.
Thank you.

Hi there,
Are you trying to create a new Gravatar identity within your existing Gravatar.com account, or are you trying to create a completely separate account? If the latter, what is the username of the new account?
You should not be seeing any messaging at all related to a WordPress.com site when creating a new Gravatar identity or site. Were you perhaps rather trying to connect a Jetpack site to a new WordPress.com account instead? That would explain the notice you’re seeing.
In that case, just log into the new WordPress.com account, and you should see your site listed under My Sites. The automatic redirect that should have taken you there appears to be stuck, but that should in no way prevent you from just going to the WordPress.com home page directly and accessing your site from there.
