Grayed out sections

    I see grayed-out element sections in the WP Bakery pages of my website which was created by a 3rd party I am no longer in contact with.

    They are identical to the element sections above them but are grayed out and I note they are referenced by mobile devices. i.e these gray sections (which can be edited) provide formatting for mobile users.

    My question is how were they created and how can I duplicate desktop sections of elements into such gray duplicate sections which I can then tweak so the mobile page content?

    I don’t see any sites on your account here. Did you mean to post in the forums for WordPress sites that are hosted with other providers?
