  Hello,

  There is a serious mixup with my site. In 2010, I had a paid site with your forum called greenerbuilding.ca. That site still comes up, yet there is no media nor posts. Why? Later, I switched to a free site, because the passive solar building was essentially completed and I wanted to flesh out the site with some of my experiences, which I have done. I used a free site because I’m a single senior, living alone on a low fixed income, having to draw in any excess spending simply to maintain this house.

  Hey there, you’re posting in the forums for free WordPress.com sites. I’ve redacted the personal information you shared: our support team won’t ask for personal details, and we don’t think the public should have them either.

  Is there a chance you got Wix confused with WordPress? They’re hosting your site currently, and I don’t see a record of that site being hosted here with us. We’d be glad to have you as a customer, though!

  I’d recommend trying to log in at wix.com, and working with their support if needed to regain access. Then, if you want to move your site here, you’d be welcome. Let us know how we can help.
