Grey bar from which I can access dashboard does not display.

  Hello Friends at WordPress,

  I just opened an account and set up a new blog.

  When I log in, I do not see any grey support bar that gives me the option of going to my dashboard.

  This is true for both when I use Safari and I use Firefox.

  I’d appreciate your help.
