Grey boxes over images

Images added are covered by a grey box, if i click and moved i can see the image. I have disabled all plugins, tried using a hello elementor theme, cleared cache and re-synched, nothing seems to work, every time i add a image its covered and i cant see it. I have also disabled lazy image loading. Please help lol…
