Grey Place Marker Again!!!

This is the third time I’ve had to contact you to fix the same problem!
Please go to my http://julianstarksphotography.com site, go to Portfolio drop down tab, then go to Architecture tab, then scroll all the way down to the end of the photos and you will see a Grey place marker where I deleted a photo.
Each time before your techs said this problem was fixed. As you can see it isn’t.
Every time I try to delete a photo the Grey placard is left. Can you please fix this problem once and for all. And please tell me you’re not going to charge me for the third time for this problem.
You can look up the other times I filled out a ticket for the previous times.

P.S. My Instagram plugin stopped working earlier last year and your techs couldn’t find the reason why it didn’t work.
They said they would send a plugin link when they could come up with one. They haven’t sent anything.
Could you also see if that’s still possible.
