Hi! I wanted to purchase a WordPress for Business plan as well as a domain but wanted to confirm if I could receive a GST invoice (including the GST number for WordPress as well as for my company) for the same for tax reasons

We are a Medical College based in India and require the GST number of the company we are purchasing goods from (in this case the plan and the domain) for accounting purposes. Kindly provide us the same

We are able to provide VAT reciepts but are not able to provide GST receipts for companies based in India at this time and do not have a GST number that we can share: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#vat-receipts
Our accounts team is looking into how they can add self-service GSTIN entry but in the meantime, you can modify your receipt to add your tax information before you print that receipt for your records by using the “Billing Details” field. You can find how to do that here:
