  I cancelled my gsuite renewal with WordPress but haven’t been notified by gsuite to reactivate it with them or wix which is where my website is and domain is.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there,

  I do not see any upgrades under your @sheafrequency WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Without looking into this further I can tell you that when we release a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) subscription after it is cancelled, it is returned immediately to Google and you can re-activate it from them directly. They do send an automated email but if you did not get it you can contact them directly here: https://workspace.google.com/contact/
