  I received an email that I was going to auto-renewal g-suite for an old site of mine. How the heck do I just cancel that? I don’t want to auto-renew anything, including domain hosting for the site. I’m frustrated by the lack of ease in canceling.

  And to be clear: When I go to manage subscriptions, it shows that there are no subscriptions. So I cannot see any subscriptions nor how to cancel them….

  If you do not see any subscriptions under your account, you’re probably logged in to the incorrect one.
  What’s the domain you’re trying to cancel?
