GSuite cancellation

  Hi there! I tried cancelling my GSuite one day and it said that I can’t as I bought it from Automattic. However, I can’t find any contact form or number that is linked to Automattic to cancel it. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

  Hi there,

  For what domain do you have a G Suite subscription? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and have never bought any domain or G Suite upgrades from us.

  Only the account that owns the upgrade in question has the ability to cancel it.
