  I tried to upgrade my gsuite account however it looks like wordpress has control of it. I am paying for the gsuite yearly but it wasnt my email that orgionally purchased it. How do I get control of it so I can upgrade it. I do have to origional receipts

  Hi there!

  We can cancel the Google Workspace subscription on our end. Doing so automatically hands over the subscription to Google. However, since the subscription was not purchased from your @greg2501181 account, you’ll need to contact us from the other account that currently owns the subscription.

  Do you still have contact with the person whose email address is in use? If yes, you can ask them to write to us at billingsupport@wordpress.com and ask us to cancel the G Suite subscription. If the email comes from the email address used on the other WordPress.com account, we can go ahead and cancel the Google Workspace subscription from ou rend.
