  Having tried unsuccessfully today to move my blog to a self-hosted wordpress.org site, I have decided instead to purchase your Guided Transfer. (For info, I have cancelled a hosting package I purchased today with “siteground”, as I found out that I need to use one of your approved hosts in order to do this.)

  However, having cancelled my other package, when I try to purchase the Guided Transfer through my dashboard, the following error message comes up:

  “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?”

  This does not make any sense, as I have not purchased this product before. Please can you help me figure out what it is I need to do in order to purchase guided transfer and finally get my blog moved?

  Hi there!

  That’s a strange error. If possible, can you send me a screenshot of your checkout screen where that error pops up?

  As for purchasing Guided Transfer, try purchasing it through this link instead:

  Let me know if you still see that error message!
