Guided Transfer and Reverting Font before transfer

  guided transfer and custom font on theme:

  I keep reverting font back to the basic font in order to perform Guided Transfer. It will not clear! It keeps saying to Revert the font and return to make the purchase. It will not get off this message.

  Thanks for confirming. I removed your inactive premium theme thinking that might help, but the Guided Transfer is still unavailable so I’ve asked our developers to take a look and will keep you posted here. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.

  Hi there – it looks like you had an advanced Typekit ID set up at one time. We’ve removed that and you should now be able to purchase the Guided Transfer.
