Guided Transfer Issue

  I am having difficulty transitioning from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. After many hours spent and my site temporarily coming down two nights ago, I decided to purchase the Guided Transfer. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase it because I rec’d a message that I already had some of the functionality. I submitted another form for assistance two days ago and have not yet heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating…

  Hi there,

  Your blog here at WordPress.com is using some features that need to be disabled before we can do a guided transfer. Specifically, you have some custom fonts on your blog — you’ll need to switch back to the default fonts for you theme before you can purchase the transfer.

  You can switch those fonts by going to Appearance > Customize > Fonts in your WordPress.com blog’s dashboard, or by going directly to this link:

  https://rosecolleran.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#fonts

  On that screen, you can click the “X” next to each custom font to go back to the default fonts. Then, click “Save” to save your changes and then close the customizer. You’ll then be able to purchase the guided transfer from your Store page.
