Can you help with this as someone is receiving all of my emails
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there!
I’m not showing any WordPress.com websites associated with the account you’re currently logged into. Is it possible your site is using the open-source WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere?
If you can provide us with your site URL and more information regarding what emails you’re referring to, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thanks.

I am (email visible only to moderators and staff) also using (email visible only to moderators and staff)

When a customer fills out my adoption form I am currently not receiving them. it also tells me my website is not secure

Is this live chat? Also the reason you do not see me is because someone has kicked me out I can’t find them back. Yesterday I saw where someone had changed it 7 days ago.

@archwaylabradors – we need your website URL address, not your email address. For example “google.com” is a website URL.

No, you are posting to the public support forums here at WordPress.com. Live chat support is only available to yearly WordPress.com Business and eCommerce subscribers.
Once we know your website address, we’ll be better able to advise. Thanks!

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with FatCow.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
