  Hello Word-Press Support,

  My Blog “www.wo-goldkaufen.de” ( powered by WordPress) has been hacked, I suppose. Since today morning there is a new User on the blog, who I don’t know and who I never have given any rights to work on my blog.

  Here some Details about the user:

  Username: WilliamSCampbell281

  E-Mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I fear that he has changed my password, I tried to get a new password, but a new one couldn’t be send to my Mail adress. The adress is unknown ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

  My questions:

  How can I get a new password?
  How can I get rid of the user?
  How can I protect my blog against new hack-attacks?
  How was it possible for him to hack my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry but that’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog that you are referring to and we cannot help you with it. You need to register a WordPress.org username account on the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/support/ so you can post to the correct support forum for your software.
