Hack: new user registration

  I received an e-Mail saying there is a “New user registration on my site”. And I was given the user name and email address of that person.

  What does this mean? What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s possible that the email didn’t originate from your WordPress.com site. Can you share the following so we can investigate further?

  1. Link to your site.
  2. Copy of the email you received. The email address will not be visible to the public, so you can share the email you received. (Feel free to omit any other personal information from the email.)
