  I am the owner of cruzlaw.org and I use WordPress as my platform. Today, I saw that my website is hacked. The site asks for acceptance of cookies to proceed. I have no access to it and its critical to my business. Please help!

  Your site doesn’t look hacked to me. The fact it is asking to accept coockies, is normal for a website on the wordpress.com platform. Are there other indications your site has been “hacked”?
