  Hi there, if your email address was used to set up a WPcom site, you can reset the password and log into the account and then follow this guide to deleting the site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  You may also wish to close that account at the same time: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/

  I’m also flagging staff on this thread as it looks like the site that was created using your email is spam.

  It sounds like someone used your email address to create a site. Double down on your online security – make sure your passwords are strong https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/#strong-password and unique for every account. Enable 2 factor authentication https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/ on online accounts that offer the feature.

  You can delete the site in question since it uses your email address. Just follow these guides: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
