hacked and changed pass word

    Someone has hacked my website and login, I cannot get in. I received two email notification of a change but it was not me. Now I can’t get into my WordPress site at all now. The password and email had changed. my site URL is http://www.palmprint.com.au. Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums as we have no control over user logins on your site. The Jetpack plugin you used to connect the site to your WordPress.com account only lets you manage the content and certain settings of the site via our interface.

    Your hosting provider should be able to help you regain access to the site. Else, please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for advice:
