Hacked Website

  Hi,
  This is an emergency…our website has been hacked and we cannot get access to the console to restore it from a backup.
  Our website is http://www.conosoccer.org.au, which no redirects us to a bitcoin trading site!
  The hackers have changed our admin user account details as we cannot gain access via this account…also when we try and reset the password, a link is sent to our email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when we follow the link it takes us to a blank page…ahhh!
  Can someone please help reset our password or contact me to discuss how we can resolve this issue.
  Please note that I have had to create a new WordPress account to be able to log this issue in with support.

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host conosoccer.org.au on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Quadra Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
