My account seems to show someone else’s name every time I log in to my WordPress account. I also no longer have access to my website. Please Help.

Also my name is not ‘junalfiechua’ as stated as my log in name. This is the “hackers” name.

It would be great if you could help me out. I usually deal with WordPress when ever I have a issue. The response rate is usually excellent.
But as I can not log in to my usual account as I pay for a business account I have no access to Live Chat Function.
If at all possible it would be great to sort this issue asap as this is our business website?

This account was created in March 2016 with the username,junalfiechua, which you changed ten hours ago, and this account has never owned, nor been a user on, any site hosted on WordPress.com.The site at https://parksupplies.co.nz/ was created in August 2017 by a completely different WordPress.com account, username,
parksuppliesplaygrounds, and that account is still the owner of the site.I can see there was an email change on that account three days ago. You would have received a notification via email of that change, so if this change was unauthorised, please reply to that email for help with this.
