i can t move my domenien from neoserv to wordpress

If you wish you can fully set up your new site with us before pointing the domain here. That way your current site can stay “live” until your new one is ready.
When you first create your site we will assign a staging subdomain you can use to get set up in private. When you are ready to “launch” the new site to replace the current one, that is when you will want to “map” or transfer your domain to us by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
