Hand coding html

I want to handcode part of my home page with meta data eg: <title>…</title> ,<meta name=”description” content=”… />, <meta name=”keywords” content=”… />, but I cant find a way to access the html. Been using Dreamweaver for 14 years where “codeview” is always available.

That is not how wordpress.com works. Also wordpress.com doesn’t allow access to the system files.

My home page is not a system file. How am I supposed to flesh out my SEO when I can’t get to the <head>?
