  I am having ongoing issues trying to sort out my domain name and re upgrade to link account to correct domain name.

  Hi Susanne,

  I can see you have set up domain mapping for susannebecker101.com. The site is still showing your free WordPress.com address (susannebecker101com.wordpress.com) because susannebecker101.com hasn’t been set as the primary domain yet:

  Domains

  Once susannebecker101.com has been set as your primary domain, it will show in your browsers address bar.

  If you have any problems, just let me know and I can sort that out for you.

  Hi Susanne,

  I’ve selected susannebecker101.com as the primary domain.

  The site you purchased domain mapping for doesn’t have much content so I just want to double check which site you want to use the domain for:

  • susannebecker101com.wordpress.com (currently has domain mapping)
  • susannebecker101.wordpress.com

  The susannebecker101.wordpress.com please.

  Also I upgraded to a personal plan, and then cancelled it when I was trying everything to map to correct domain. Now it won’t let me pay/upgrade as same message. Will this work again once mapped correctly?

  The susannebecker101.wordpress.com please.

  I’ve set susannebecker101.com as the primary domain for susannebecker101.wordpress.com.

  Also I upgraded to a personal plan, and then cancelled it when I was trying everything to map to correct domain.

  If you want to add a Personal plan back to susannebecker101.wordpress.com I can send a payment request for the amount and add it back to your site. I’ll also refund the domain mapping cost from your original plan so you aren’t paying for it twice.

  Just reply and confirm you are happy for me to do so :)
