This is ridiculous! I have a billing issue, and every time I click on ‘Customer Support’ and am sent to the public forums! I get the distinct feeling that wordpress.com does not want to help people get their money back. I want to cancel my WordPress Blogger account within the 30 day trial period. I consider this posting as proof I made a good faith effort to resolve the issue. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the reason you are routed here in the forums is because the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. The account you currently are contacting us from is under a free plan – it has no history of upgrades. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
