Harmful ads and pop ups on blog

  When people open the blog pages, they encounter harmful ads and pop ups that
  cannot be closed and in some cases crash their computers. Is there a way to remove them or finding out what has caused the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com does not serve pop-up ads, and it’s not possible for a WordPress.com site to be infected with malware as we block the types of code that can be used to inject malware into a site.

  If visitors to your site are seeing malicious pop-ups when they visit your site, the malware is on their computers, or in their browsers. They should download a malware scanner like Malwarebytes and scan their computers, and be more careful about what free software they download and install on their computers, as browser hijackers and other types of malware and adware are often bundled with free software.
