Have a transaction ID but don’t know the blog URL

    I was charged from WordPress on my credit card, but I have no idea which website or blog it’s connected to. I searched through all of my email accounts for any communication from WordPress and couldn’t find anything.

    I also tried using the account recovery form with the transaction ID from my credit card statement, but the form requires a blog URL, which I don’t have. The AI assistant suggested entering “https://wordpress.com/” just to submit the form, but that doesn’t work — I get the error message: “The website address you have specified is invalid.”

    At this point, I’m stuck and don’t know how to identify the account or stop the recurring charges. Has anyone dealt with this before, or is there another way to contact support without knowing the blog URL?
