Have i been hacked? How do i fix this?

    I noticed my website is being redirected to an unknown site. I now cannot access most items on my dashboard. I get a 403 forbidden error when going to, for example, Plugins, or to change my password. My password is not saved on my browser, so i am not sure how this has happened.
