Have WP Premium Plan But Can’t Get In

    I have a WP Premium plan which is active but my Bluehost plan had lapsed. Lost my old phone number and backup codes – can’t get into my account (even though I can change the password).

    I need a way to cancel my WP Premium subscription.

    To note, a premium plan on WordPress.com would be separate to anything on Bluehost.
