Haven't got the refund.

    I’ve asked for refund. In my billing history it’s showing that it’s been refunded, but i haven’t got my amount back in my bank account.

    Are you referring to the refund back on 11/15/16? Our records show that the refund was processed a while ago. Let me know if you are referring to a different upgrade. If so, I do not see it under the account that you are contacting us from.

    oh yes! I’m talking about that. I’ve been told that it will show up in my bank account statements but till now it has not. It’s been 2 months now. Looking forward for your co-operation.

  • I checked our records again and it shows that the funds were released on 11/15 We no longer have them. If you can, touch base with your bank and make sure that they have no record of processing a $13 from us around that time. I’ll check with out payments team to make sure nothing went wrong on our end.
