HAVING MAJOR CHALLEGES

    Ive been having challeges with my websites since dec and need help to get this resovled. I’ve contacted name.com and they say its not on their end, I’ve contact divi from elegant themes and they say also not on their end.

    1. i keep geting repeatively – purge cache- wp server stats
    2. I tried to reinstall and it wouldn’t
    3. I keep getting a server error 500
    4. it won’t up load the theme
    5. and so many more problems
    how can i get someone on the phone to help?

    It sounds like the site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is different from our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com.

    Please share your site URL with us and we can confirm which version you’re set up on.
