having problems changing user roles

  I am trying to change the role of two users. I have followed the instructions but it only gives me the option to remove and not change. Any ideas??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So, if you go log into your own account (the one you are posting from) here:

  https://littlerosebudschildcare.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php

  Click on the box next to their name, and then use the “change to” dropdown, are you able to change their roles?
