Having problems with automatic install of Cpanel

    I no nothing about websites. I am getting emails saying that a AutoSSL Cpanel can not be updated on my website. Can you help me? I’ve absolutely no idea what this means. Thank you!!

    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    Happy to help you with this.

    We wouldn’t need to send you any emails with regards to SSL, as these are automatically managed, and WordPress.com doesn’t use cpanel.

    Is there a website mentioned within these emails? I suspect this may be for a website that’s not hosted with WordPress.com.

    I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
