Having Trouble Renewing My Site

  I’m having trouble renewing my site. I got an email notifying me that I need to renew my site, but when I logged in, WordPress told me that I don’t have any sites. I don’t think it is attached to a different email account, because I used the email address WordPress emailed me at.

  Hi there,

  What site are you trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and has never bought anything from us.

  At what email address did you receive the renewal notification?

  I am trying to renew http://www.atlargepr.com. I received the email notification at (email visible only to moderators and staff), the account I’m using to post here.

  You renewed the domain name atlargepr.com with us 2 days ago, it won’t expire until August 4, 2020.

  It must have done it automatically. Do you know what account it is associated with, so I know for the future?
