Having trouble uploading photos

    Hi! I’ve had my blog for a little over a year through Blue Host with WordPress and have had trouble with it almost the entire time because I don’t have quite enough know how about creating websites and troubleshooting as I should. I’ve consistently had issues uploading photos to my posts and was hoping you could help me understand what I’m doing wrong. I keep getting “upload failed” and “unable to get meta information” messages.

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your site. We’d love to help, but your site isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com.

    As you mentioned, your site is hosted by Bluehost. A WordPress site hosted elsewhere runs on the WordPress.org software. Support for WordPress.org sites are provided over at WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    Please post the issues on the WordPress.org support forum at the link above and someone there will point you in the right direction.
