  Dear Support Team,
  I have customized my website with the help of generate press theme. In Addition, I created a header with the help of a page builder. Now when I refresh the page, my site shows two headers. I want the header only to show what I have created in the page builder. And another default header should not display. Kindly advise how to do that?

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
