  I’m a students I can’t afford this subscription can you just provide header and footer plugin to me.

  Hi there,

  Using plugins on a WordPress.com site is only possible on our Business Plan. How many, or which specific plugins you want to use does not matter – to use any plugin you need to first upgrade to that plan.

  What exactly would you like to change on your site? There might be a way to do it without using plugins.
