    Hi there,

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by Siteground.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.

The WordPress.org forums are also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

You may also want to get in touch with the motopress-cherryframework plugin support as the error seems to be coming from that plugin. As the first step, I’d suggest disabling that plugin to see if that solves the issue. If it does, you’d want to reach out to the plugin support for help. If you need help with deactivating the plugin, please ask Siteground for help. The site is on their server so they can help you with that.
