Header/Footer Issue

  While customizing my header on my home page my header picture disappeared. As well as my footer that displayed my refund and policy, terms and conditions. I was editing my sidebar menu options and believed I added a plugin or messed up the menu. How do I undo it so I can see my header picture and footer again?
