    Hello,
    Even when I change my header image, it is not updating. Please help!

    Hi,

    That’s not a header image at the top of your front page, it’s a featured image on the static front page with the Homepage Template assigned. From the Homepage Template section of the Gateway theme guide:

    2. If you wish, assign the page a Featured Image to appear as a background to the header. If no Featured Image is assigned, the Custom Header Image will be used instead.

    The problem with this, is that if you created the site with the Gateway theme applied, then the featured image was applied by default. You’ll have to remove the featured image in order to allow a custom header to appear instead. See the Removing a Featured Image section of the Featured Images support page for instructions.
