Header image not showing

  I’m using the Sydney theme, and I have a problem editing the header. Multiple problems are happening. 1: I can’t change header image to my own photos, everytime I try it says ‘There has been an error cropping your image’. 2: When I choose the suggested image it shows up in the preview, but when I Save & Publish end exit out of the Customize Window it changes back and the image doesn’t show. 3: What I really want is a video header, and I have changed the upload size but when I choose the video that I have uploaded it says that it still is too large and needs to be under 8mb.

  Please help because this is really irritating!

  There is no theme on WordPress.com called Sydney, and the only site in your account, https://4cnorthamerica.wordpress.com/, is using the Pique theme:
