Header image won't show up

  I am trying to upload an image I found off google to be a header for my blog. It is just a simple silver sparkle background and it is saved as a jpeg image. It will not show up even after I hit the ‘save’ button, thanks.

  That description fits the present header image. Have you resolved the issue?
