header image won’t update

    I have been trying to change the header image on my site for over an hour. Sometimes it updates to the wrong crop, most of the time nothing happens. this is the first time I have tried to use your service, not intuitive, not simple, not impressed. I plan to upgrade my account soon, but not if it is a fight to change a simple image.

    Hi there,

    I can see a custom header active on your site, and it appears correctly cropped to me. Did you manage to figure this out or are you still having problems with this?

    Can you please give me more details on exactly how you want it to look in case it’s still not right?

    Note that every theme has a recommended size for header images. For your theme the recommended image size is 1440 × 600pixels. Using an image with different dimensions can lead to header images being cropped or zoomed weirdly. And even with the correct dimensions, your theme will also automatically crop and resize the image based on the size of screen someone is using to view your site.
