Header is getting cut off at top

Hello, the header of one of our client’s sites is getting cut off and we cannot figure out how this happened, or how to fix it. We are using Elementor and a theme, however, Elementor doesn’t have anything to do with the header area…that’s all WP. Can you please help us figure out what’s happening?
