Header is not working properly

Hey team,
Can I ask some help from your side? Reecntly I was working on my website and wanted to fix the page speed issues. I watched some videos on how to remove the css files and the page speed will recover wih few seconds. I thought about doing it too. So I went inside the Cpanel admin in my Go Daddy account like the video shared. There I clicked and made changed in the style.min.css
To check the changes I saved after removing the (red bar code shown in the Coverage portion) code, but the header was completely messed up. I couldn’t understand what to do, so I pasted the code back and saved the file. But obviously it didn’t return back to the original state.
I have been trying to fix it, but clearly I’m not able to.
To be honest, i am really sorry for messing around. I thought trying it by myself will not be wrong. I actually should have waited for my brother when he had told me that he will help, instead of doing this by myself.Can you fix it for me?
Only the header needs to be in the same way that it was originally.
And sorry again for an unnecessay work burden. The theme was Ocean WP.
