Header Video Issue

    Hi there,
    My sites home page uses a header video and it works seamlessly on Google Chrome but when we look at the site from Safari, Firefox etc, the video doesn’t play or isn’t even there. Can someone help me fix that so the video plays across all browsers?

    Hi Jonathan –

    That site does not use the managed hosting environment that WordPress.com provides. Instead, it’s setup on the open source WordPress installation. To get help with this issue you can use their forums over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, contact your hosting provider if they provide WordPress support, or the theme author directly.
