Headers and footers

  For my header, I have a drop down menu and would like each of the menu to link that to a different section of a page. How do I do that?
  And for my footer, I would like the words to be hyperlinked to another page… Rather than having words (i.e. terms and conditions) then underneath it, (i.e. http://www.abc.com/termsandcondtions)

  Are you speaking of http://lpntutoringservicescom.wordpress.com/? There is nothing on that site at the moment.

  When you start publishing pages on your site, those will appear automatically in your site menu. You can also control manually where items appear in the menu, including creating drop-down submenus, by creating a custom menu instead:

  Adding links to your site footer is only possible if you’re using a theme that has a footer widget area (most themes), or a footer menu (only one I know of off-hand is Franklin, and that’s only because that’s the theme I use for my site).
