Headline post status changes after a couple of days

  I’m using the Structure theme for my blog: http://kookyflower.wordpress.com/
  It seems that my headline post ‘drops’ to the list of posts after a couple of days, leaving a blank box/space in my main post. Any ideas? It seems to be a configuration issue…
