I transferred the domain name I bought from WP to the new domain registrar，and pointed it to the vultr server IP I bought it, but I was always got reminded of the following when I visited my website using that domain name.
So，Should I delete the site in WP?‘You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error).
This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Jetpack plugin) is hosted to WordPress.com by DNS.
If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server.
Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.’

Are you speaking of the domain, ssrocket.net? I don’t see any error like what you describe at that domain – it’s loading your GeneratePress site for me. And none of the domain’s DNS is still pointed at us from what I can see.
It’s possible your browser still “remembers” the DNS from when the domain was pointed here. Try clearing your browser cache, or see if it helps if you try to access the domain using a different internet connection or browser.
